Product and Printing Specifications

• Minimum Order Quantity: The initial price you see on the list is the starting price for the minimum production quantity of 1000 pieces of business cards.

• Card Thickness and Quality: Our product is a premium 700 gsm duplex coated cardstock, achieved by mounting two high-quality art papers using special techniques, ensuring an unbendable, heavy, and premium weight.

• Printing Side: Double-sided, full-color printing is applied.

• Surface Finish (Lamination): A smooth and noble texture is provided by applying a Matte Lamination coating to the background of your business card.

• Cut Type: Modern and aesthetic round corner cut (die-cut). There is no folding/creasing.

• Production Time: The production time for this high-end, custom-crafted product is 15 business days.

Technical Design Setup & Raised UV Layout Rules

• Design Preparation: You must indicate the specific areas where you want the raised spot UV to be applied (logo, name, etc.) on a separate, third page of your artwork file (with only the UV areas colored in 100% solid black). You can review our artwork templates for detailed information.

• Placement Rules: The area where the spot UV will be applied must not be too close to the outer die-cut lines of the card. Furthermore, UV or foil stamping cannot be applied directly on backgrounds or graphics that fall on the cutting edge.

• Block Vector Warning: Using the raised UV as a large solid block across wide areas can result in an unfavorable look on the card. Therefore, it is highly recommended to use it for local, pinpointed, and aesthetic accents (e.g., only on the logo).

• Cutting Notice: Due to the final trimming process performed with specialized industrial blades, very minor and natural burrs may remain on the edges of the business cards as a result of production.

Important Order & Artwork Policies

• ⚠️ One Design Rule: Only a single artwork design can be printed per selected 1000-piece package. For each different name or different layout, a separate item must be selected and added to the cart accordingly.

  • Example: If you need cards with the exact same layout for two different employees in your company, but with different names, these are counted as two separate designs. Therefore, you need to add 2 separate items to your cart as 1000 pieces + 1000 pieces.

• 100% Graphic Approval: Once your order is completed, our experienced graphic design team will contact you immediately. The prepared layout will be submitted for your digital preview; your cards will strictly never go into production without your final written approval (via WhatsApp or Email).
