Order Cancellation
To order products offered on our website, you must register as a member and upload your design files in PDF, PSD, AI, or EPS formats after selecting your order. If the file you submitted is suitable for printing, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered on the website. You can cancel your order without any compensation before you receive this confirmation email. To do this, you must submit your request via the 'Customer Service' phone number specified on the website. In case of cancellation in this way, the refund of your payment will be transferred to your credit card or bank account, depending on your payment method, within an average of 4-5 business days from the date we receive the cancellation request. After the confirmation email is sent to you and/or after your submitted file has been printed, it is not possible to cancel the order and receive a refund. Return Conditions
You can return your orders, excluding printed products, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Printed products that have been printed according to the file you sent cannot be returned. However, if a problem arises with these products due to a reason originating from us, the product will be reprinted upon your request and our evaluation, and will be delivered within the time specified in the acceptance of the change request. We would also like to state that if the products are reprinted due to a reason originating from us, the product will be reprinted as approved by you, and no corrections will be made to the document you sent in this context.
Used and damaged products, single-use products, products that spoil quickly or are likely to expire cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for user-related problems in designs you have designed or uploaded using our ready-made templates. To avoid such problems, please check your designs before placing an order. For this reason, returns of products that are intended to be returned are not accepted. Return Procedures
In order to process a return; Simply contact our Customer Relations team to request a return. After providing the return code that will be shared with you regarding your return request, you can send it back free of charge via Aras Kargo with payment on delivery. After the product's compliance with the above-mentioned Return Conditions is checked by our Quality Management Department and found suitable for return and the return approval is given, the refund of the payment you made for your order will be transferred to your credit card or bank account, depending on your payment method, within an average of 4-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for you to see the refund on your credit card or bank account. The stated return process depends solely on the bank where your account is located, and we have no rights or authority regarding this process. If, as a result of the evaluation by our Quality Management Department, it is determined that your return request does not comply with the Return Conditions and therefore the return is not approved, the product you sent back will be resent to the address registered on our website within 10 days via cash on delivery.
