Delivery Process
After your products are manufactured according to the specifications you selected during the order process, we will try to send them to you within the time specified on the product page. Orders are sent to your address via Aras Kargo. Our company absolutely does not use any other delivery method besides this shipping method. Thus, your printing orders, which you can place from the comfort of your home, are delivered to the address you want. Moreover, shipping is free for purchases of 1500 TL and above, including VAT.
Things You Should Know About the Shipping Process
In case of problems that may occur after your products are shipped, the quickest solution will be to contact the shipping company. However, in such cases, we will do our best to expedite the solution for your satisfaction.
If the shipping company cannot find you at the address you specified in the order, your products will be returned to the shipping branch in your region. If you do not pick up your products from the branch within 3 days, the products will be returned to our company.
When receiving your shipment, you should check for any damage or missing products and have a damage report drawn up if any damage has occurred during delivery.
Delivery is not possible to remote areas far from the city center where vehicle delivery is not available, or to areas with security restrictions such as military bases and barracks. If these conditions apply to your address, you must request delivery to a different address. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any delays or disruptions that may occur.
